IPC TOOL

This is the first camera management and configuration tool released by Huawei. It supports batch access and batch configuration. However, this tool has been discontinued and cannot be downloaded. Instead, the SiMS is used to replace the IPC TOOL.

SiMS

The SiMS tool covers operations such as site survey, design, configuration, upgrade, and maintenance.

For example, connect cameras, change camera IP addresses in batches, and modify configuration parameters (image parameters and intelligent analysis parameters) in batches, upgrade, roll back, restore default configurations, collect logs, inspect devices, and load algorithms. However, this tool has been discontinued. The C/S Client and iClient are used to replace the SiMS.

C/S Client

The C/S client is mainly used for the VCN5X0 and VCN30X0 series integrated intelligent video security products. It used to connect to cameras, display live video, configure recording plans, and configure services such as video wall.

How to download C/S Client( Two ways)

Log in to the OMU portal, click Client Download at the upper right corner of the OMU portal, and save the client installation package to the local host.
Download Client Package.zip on the VCN software download page: Intelligent Vision

iClient

The iClient applies to the IVS1800, IVS3800, IVS9000, and CloudIVS3000. iClient includes iClient SDC and HoloSens iClient.

The HoloSens iClient is used to manage devices and configure services (intelligent analysis and recording).
iClient SDC is used to maintain devices, such as upgrade and inspection.
