What is the error message when you open them on IVS client , can you send us snapshot from what they are appearing on live view

Try to Delete the IPC from the platform and add it again.

@karim...No error message is displayed ...Just IPC shows offline on IVS ...They are pinging and I can open theie web interfaces

@Mina When I Add them again it failed to verify on IVS as it displays Red ICON in front of Verify button despite i Re-Enter their user and password Correctly. But when i Restore Camera to default parameters and then add them again then it get verified and becomes online.
There are lots of cameras I cant Delete them and Restore their Default parameters and Add them Again.

These cameras were working fine before on IVS.

Did you change the password for "Second Protocol Password management" from the IP camera side and then input the same credentials when adding the camera into the IVS client?
