What could be the reasons for the IPC Failed to Be Powered On?

IF the power indicator is not ON, or the PTZ camera is not rotating automatically then the following could be the possibilities:

The power supply cables, adapters, power plugs or sockets may be faulty if IPC's is taking power from power cables
The power supply device or network cable may be faulty if IPC's is taking power from power over Ethernet (PoE)
