IPC can't power on
Solution:
Step 1: IF customer power IPC with POE ask to swap ports, then ask to try power up with adapter
Step 2: Ask customer to see if the RJ45 is damaged or no
A) Normal RJ45

B) Damaged RJ45 (Red Lines notes the data bins)

C) Solution for the damaged RJ45

Step 3: Ask customer to open up the cover to see the LED colors afer powering on, green means normal, red means damaged, red blinking means no network connection, orange means starting now.
