Handling process
1. Rebooted the camera.
2. Checked whether only 1 device or many devices are involved.
3. Reset the cable on the POE switch.
4. Tried to use another cable.
5. Tried to power on using a power adapter.
Root cause
It may due to a faulty POE port.
Suggestions
Check the RMA service.
