【Problem Description】
IPC camera cannot tilt below 10 degrees angle.
【Problem Analysis】
Suggested to perform a configuration as according to the procedure this can be done via web interface of the IPC camera.
【Root Cause】
The most probable cause is Parameter not configured in the PTZ section via web interface.
【Solution Description】
Change the PTZ parameter to -20 and test again the tilt movement.
