IPC camera 6525-Z30 does not show "Secondary 2" stream in video settings

This topic describes how to deal with the problem that IPC camera doesn't show Secondary 2 stream in video settings.

Issue Description

A customer claimed that he could not set the parameters for the Secondary 2 video stream for an IPC camera 6525-Z30, the Secondary 2 video stream settings did not appear at all when going to Settings > Video/Audio/Image > Video Settings (as can be seen in the screenshot below):

Solution

Set the Full frame rate for Primary, Secondary 1 video stream to 25Hz or below. 

Due to hardware limitations, when the frame rate is set to 50/60 Hz, the Secondary 2 stream cannot be set and is not shown in the settings.
