This post describes the problem that the IPC 6256-VRZ cannot be scanned via the configurator tool.
Problem description
IPC 6256-VRZ unable to scan using the configurator tool.
Problem analysis
The customer was using an older version of IPC Configuration which is not applicable model for IPC6256-VRZ.Refer to diagram below.
Root cause
IPC Tool V200R002C00SPC300 does not support IPC6256-VRZ.
Solution
Download the version V200R002C00SPC707 which supports the particular model.
