The following is the solution to IP Phone disconnect when they are talking.
Issue Description
The customer has one U1960 and several eSpace 7950 and Vtech IP phones, all eSpace 7950 and Vtech IP
phone register on U1960. When Vtech IP phone calls eSpace 7950, the call can be established, but then it will be disconnected after a few minutes.

Handling Process
We made some tests: Huawei phone call Huawei phone, Huawei phone call Vtech phone, and Vtech phone call Vtech phone. We found that the issue only happened when Vtech phone is using in the call.
Collect the U1960 call logs and IP phone debug logs. We analyzed the IP phone debug logs, it is normal. Then we analyzed the U1960 call logs, we found a problem with Vtech IP phone. The register expires time of Vetch IP phone is 300s, it means Vtech IP phone will connect with U19 for 300s, so during this 300s, it need to register again, otherwise, it will be offline, and the U19 will change IP phone's status to fault, then the call disconnect.

But from the logs, Vtech IP phone register again at the 301 second (the first time is 17:58:18, the second time is 18:03:19, it exceed 300s, so the Vetch IP phone disconnect frequently.

Root Cause
The Vtech IP phone re-registration cycle is more than the registration cycle, after the registration cycle, the IP phone will be offline and the U19 will change the IP phone's status to fault, then the call disconnect.
Solution
Vetch IP phone is not Huawei product, we suggest the Vtech IP phone provider change the re-registration cycle or registration cycle, the re-registration cycle should be less than the registration cycle.
Suggestions
If we encountered the same issue, we can check the IP phone registration cycle and re-registration cycle for troubleshooting.
