IP PHONE 7910 can‘t download fixed IP address from configuration file

It is about fixed IP configuration, instead DHCP. customer confiure the configuration file like below :

But it seems tthis is not working in actual version. customer  have tested in both terminals eSpace 7910 and 7950, and catch correctly the static IP configuration, but it does no appears the IP configuration (IP and mask appears in blank)

after get the configuration file ,IPphone can't get ip address.

1.check if this function work well before

2.check if customer have any maintenance recently .

3.check if the version support such function.

we got the information that , this function work well before , recently they have upgrade the software of ipphone from V2R2 to V2R3

ip address is a common configuration in the configuration file. fixed ip will cause ip conflict ,so R&D remove this function in the V2R3.

downgrade the version to V2R2.

before upgrade the verison , we need to review the version release document ,make sure understand everything what changed in this version .
