Dear Guys! I am not sure about what is the IP address of 224.0.0.1 represent for? is it private IP on router?

Hello friend!

224.0.0.1 Multicast Address

Notice the difference between it and broadcast. These addresses range from 224.0.0.0 to 239.255.255.255. 224.0.0.1 refers to all hosts, and 224.0.0.2 refers to all routers. Such addresses are often used for specific programs and multimedia programs. If the Internet Route Discovery Protocol (IRDP) is enabled on your host and the multicast function is enabled, the routing table of your host should contain such a route.
