Inverter SUN2000L offline for a while

I have a solar power system with a SUN2000L inverter.


I could not follow production numbers on the Fusion Solar app for a while. It showed offline. Probably, this happened after a power cut, and the inverter failed to reconnect to the network.


I have now finally managed to re-connect it to our router system and I can now see the production numbers again in the Fusion Solar app.


My question is: for the timeframe the inverter was offline, I still have 0's in the production numbers, whereas the inverter knows the production numbers (I can see them in the FusionHome app connecting directly to the inverter). Is there any way to upload the production numbers from this offline time to the Fusion Solar app as well?

Do you want to import the production data when the device is offline? You can use the Fusionsolar app to select data import options.

@jochen If the inverter is disconnected more than 6 hours from internet/management system, it will not recover the production data automatically and the data recovery task must be done manually from the management system, I assume that FusionSolar portal.

If you have an installer account, you can do it from Settings-->Data Ammendment -->Data Recovery first and then Ammendment Application.

If you have an ower account then you have to ask your installer to do

When I am checking the "Energy Management" and "Yield and Income Statistics", I get no data for the time the inverter was offline. It shows as a gap in the graph.

Now the inverter is online again, I get the data for today, but I would also like to see the production data for the last (offline) weeks in the graphs. Is this possible?

If you have an ower account then you have to ask your installer to do that or just simply send an email to eu_inverter_support@huawei.com , provide the serial number of inverter and a short description of the problem encountered and somone from our team will help you to solve the issue i_f30.gif
