Invalid SIM Card

Hi

I'm a co-founder of an IT company. We have just received our Huawei 3G DECT Digital Cordless Phone, model F685.

We keep having the same message on the device "Invalid SIM Card". I switched the SIM card to my Samsung GSM telephone, and there the SIM card worked. I also tried to put the SIM card from my Samsung into the F685, but still the same message "Invalid SIM Card" showed up.


Obviously there must be an error with the F685, which I was unable to find on your website. Can you informus how to resolve this issue ?

What carrier does your SIM card belong to?
Huawei 3G DECT Digital Cordless Phone, model F685.Supported network standards are WCDMA/GSM/GPRS

DECT 1.8 GHz.You can check your SIM card network standard
