Hello!

[Issue]

After installing the latest patch eDesk V100R006C00SPC117, use the account to log in to eDesk and report the certificate error.

[Cause]

The support website updated the certificate, causing the certificate keys on both sides of the support and eDesk to be inconsistent and the authentication failed. So eDesk needs to regenerate and support the matching certificate file.

[Avoidance measures]

Provide two kinds of evasive measures

1. Use license authentication. License application address: https://serviceturbo-cloud-cn.hu ... ion&applyType=7.

2. Replace the new certificate. Replace the certificate file in the attachment with eDesk\configuration\certificate\ in the eDesk installation path, and then use the account authentication again.

3. Pay attention to the replacement of the certificate after updating the patch package. Otherwise, the certificate file will be replaced with the current problem certificate when the patch package is updated.

You can get feedback to the eDesk mailbox to get the correct certificate file and replacement method. Because attachments cannot be uploaded on the forum. Email address: edesk@huawei.com
