Hi team

I have a problem The user successfully cleared the system activity alarm command:

<HUAWEI> system-view

[HUAWEI] alarm

[HUAWEI-alarm] clear alarm active

But you can still see the corresponding alarm information using display alarm all

<HUAWEI> display alarm all

Index Level Date Time Info

1 Emergency 15-12-18 02:29:30 MPU 17: SDRAM CONSIST of MEMORY is abnormal [OID: 1.3.6.1.4.1.2011.5.25.219.2.11.1, EntCode: 144133]

-------------------------------------------------- --------------------------.

Why Is the Alarm Information Cleared Using a clear alarm active Invalid?

Thanks

Hi@listena

clear alarm active can only clear the display alarm active alarm, and cannot clear the display alarm all alarm information (this alarm can only be deleted by clear alarm all / index index-id)

The difference between display alarm active and display alarm all:

display alarm all displays hardware alarms of the device;

The display alarm active is to view the current hardware alarms and software alarms, that is, the alarms that have always been affected. For example, the board is faulty (always exists). The continuous alarm of the OSPF neighbor disconnection is inactive. Historical status alarms are displayed in display alarm all.
