Hi,

In this post, we are going to introduce you the radio frequency optimization.

WLAN has undergone a lot of updates and optimization, and become more and more intelligent. In the WLAN network, the working state of AP is affected by its surroundings. For example, in the case of co-frequency interference, the working channels of adjacent AP overlap, and the over-power of an AP will cause signal interference to adjacent AP. Through radio frequency optimization, the channel and power of AP can be adjusted dynamically, so that the channel and power of each AP managed by the same AC can be kept relatively balanced and the AP can work in the best state.

RF optimization includes

Dynamic adjustment of AP signal

Dynamic adjustment of AP power

1.Dynamic adjustment of AP signal

Guarantee that each AP can be allocated to the optimal channel to minimize and avoid adjacent or co-frequency interference as much as possible.

That's all for this post, hope it could help you a lot.

Can be described in detail dynamic adjustment of AP signal

In RF optimization, legitimate AP reports information about legitimate AP, illegal AP and non-WIFI devices around mobile phones to AC. On AC, the neighborhood relationship of AP devices in the network will be formed based on this information, and DCA (dyn

amic channel assignment) and TCP (Transmit Power Control) algorithms will be run to generate new transmission power and working channel of AP according to the neighborhood relationship, interference and load information, which will be sent to AP for use.
What are the drawbacks of automatically calculating the channel?

The radio frequency tuning function is not suitable for high-density scenarios, WDS/Mesh return scenarios, rail intersection scenarios and outdoor directional antenna coverage scenarios.

Well, if the quantity of APs are fixed, then the channel usage is fixed, so what's the point of dynamic adjustment? To prevent interference of new coming APs?
