Intelligent Analysis Function
The intelligent analysis technology can be used to analyze and match the video signals captured by cameras based on preconfigured rules, decreasing the workload of surveillance personnel and reducing mistakes caused by human negligence.
Intrusion Detection
The VCN automatically generates an alarm when an object enters a specified observation area. The application scenarios are as follows:
•Scenario 1: outdoor campus in the daytime. This is a typical intrusion detection deployment scenario, which is widely used in the safe city solution and campus solution to detect intrusion behavior at major and restricted places.
•Scenario 2: outdoor campus at night. This is a major intrusion detection scenario, which is also widely used in the safe city solution and campus solution to detect intrusion behavior at major and restricted places. In a night environment with low illumination, the imaging quality of cameras is poorer than that in the daytime. Generally, artificial light sources or infrared sources are required for light compensation in observation areas so that the intelligent analysis algorithm can have excellent performance at night.
Loitering Detection
The VCN automatically generates an alarm when a person is loitering in a specified observation area for a specified time. The application scenarios are as follows:
•Scenario 1: outdoor campus in the daytime. This is a typical loitering detection deployment scenario, which is widely used in the safe city solution, campus solution, and intelligent traffic solution to detect persons that are loitering at major places.
•Scenario 2: indoor hall in the daytime. This scenario is used to detect persons that are loitering near specified private areas, protecting the security of the private areas.
Abandoned Object Detection
The VCN automatically generates an alarm when an object is abandoned in a specified observation area. You can specify the observation area by drawing a rectangle or polygon. The application scenarios are as follows:
•Scenario 1: outdoor campus in the daytime. Abandoned object detection is mainly used in the safe city solution to identify suspicious abandoned objects and objects lost by people in public places with a high crowd density. This scenario is used to simulate the common abandoned object detection scenarios such as outdoor bus stations, vehicle-free squares, and outdoor entertainment areas.
•Scenario 2: indoor hall in the daytime. This scenario is mainly used to simulate densely populated places such as indoor waiting halls and subway platforms, detecting potentially hazardous and explosive objects in these areas.
Removed Object Detection
The VCN automatically generates an alarm when an object is removed from a specified observation area. The application scenarios are as follows:
•Scenario 1: outdoor campus at night. This scenario is mainly used to simulate the object anti-theft application scenarios under weak light conditions at night. It is widely used in the safe city solution, campus solution, and intelligent traffic solution for deploying a variety of anti-theft applications to protect public objects, valuable assets, and vehicles.
•Scenario 2: indoor hall in the daytime. This scenario is mainly used to simulate the anti-theft surveillance on valuable facilities and devices in the campus solution and anti-theft surveillance on valuable objects at places such as museums.
Tripwire Detection
The VCN automatically generates an alarm when anything crosses a tripwire from the specified direction in a video observation area. The application scenarios are as follows:
•Scenario 1: outdoor campus in the daytime. This is a typical tripwire detection deployment scenario, which is widely used in the safe city solution and campus solution to detect intrusion behavior such as fence crossing at major and restricted places.
•Scenario 2: outdoor campus at night. This is the most common application scenario of tripwire detection. It is usually used to detect intrusion behavior such as fence crossing and protect major places at night.
