After type the url naas.huawei.com the intranet cannot open the Agile Controller Cloud Platform.
The AC-Cloud Manager is deployed on the Huawei public cloud, and its domain name is naas.huawei.com. The AC-Cloud Manager only has a public network address.
Step 1: Check whether the domain name naas.huawei.com is correctly resolved.
Operation: Open the CLI, and run the nslookup command to resolve naas.huawei.com. The IP address must be a public IP address.
Step 2: Check whether the user has applied for the proxy right.
Check whether a proxy server is configured in the IE settings.
Operation: Choose Options > connection >LAN Settings, and check whether a proxy server is configured.
Step 3: Check whether *.huawei.com remains one of the exceptions in proxy settings.
Operation: Choose internet Option >connection > LAN Settings>advanced, and remove *.huawei.com from
