When i changed my isp the general browsing experience feel to be slower than my previous isp even though i’m on same data speed plan.
I’ve run speed tests and confirmed that i’m getting the promised speed. What may be the reason for this?

Hello, friend!


Many CPEs are customized for ISPs. After the ISP is replaced, some functions of the CPEs may do not work properly.


You are advised to contact the ISP to check whether the device is applicable to the current ISP network. If the device is not applicable to the current ISP network, you are advised to replace the device.

try to check any firewall settings enabled on new router like TCP flood etc etc and disable all
