Can I access the Internet by connecting a router to the ETH port of OLT?

The ONT can access the Internet through the ETN port of the OLT, but this is non-standard networking.

Generally, the ONT is connected to the PON port of the OLT to access the network.

The standard networking is recommended.

By ETN port you are actually talking about ETH port right. I have a ea5801 OLT.
