Check whether the MAC address of the user has been learned.

NOTE: If there is no MAC address, the packet may not be up to the board. You need to check the ONU device together.

Check the service flow statistics to check whether there is any packet loss.

MA5680T(config)#display statistics service-port index （Index is the business flow index of the problem, one at a few seconds, three consecutive executions)

NOTE: If the number of discard packets continues to increase rapidly, you need to check whether the service is affected. You can contact Huawei engineers.
