1.Open the notepad as the administrator.

Click Start, right-click Notepad, and select Run as administrator.

2.Choose File > Open, and open the mms.cfg file in the following directory. If the file does not exist, create a file named mms.cfg.

32-bit system: C:\windows\system32\macromed\flash\mms.cfg

64-bit system: C:\windows\SysWOW64\macromed\flash\mms.cfg

3.Add ProtectedMode=0 to the end of the file, save the file, and restart the browser to solve the problem.
