Need help in here guys because 2G is down at all sectors on G18 and G900 only but its quite confusing because there's no cpri terminated at cabinet 0 slot 0 and the alarms only occured on that slot resulted to 2G down for every 2 hours. HT hq is ongoing troubleshooting until now since last week. Can somebody help me? How can I troubleshoot it on site if ever theres hardware problem?

Replacing the LAN cable going to transport is already done but same alarm again.
