it`s possible, Huawei's integrated videoconferencing and video surveillance solution connects the videoconferencing system to the video surveillance platform so that video images collected by the video surveillance platform can be displayed in a video conference. The Visual Schedule Desktop (VSD) performs conference scheduling and management. The converged gateway (CGW) exchanges signaling and media streams between the videoconferencing system and the video surveillance platform. for more details and configuration steps please check below:

The CGW embeds 65 soft clients as surveillance channels. The VSD embeds a soft client. The multipoint control unit (MCU) calls the VSD-embedded soft client through SIP to join a conference. Surveillance video media streams join a video conference as video sources of the CGW-embedded soft clients. The VSD uses its built-in soft client to preview four-pane or nine-pane video processed by the MCU.

When the SMC2.0's embedded converged gateway interconnects with Huawei intelligent video surveillance (IVS), Tiandy video surveillance systems, or eLTE trunking system, users can schedule collaborative conferences from the VSD.

In a collaborative conference, surveillance videos can be displayed in video conferences, allowing users to view videos captured by surveillance cameras in real time.

if you have SMC ,you can use the VSD feature to interconnect with IVS system ,but first you need apply the license on SMC first , then you can follow below link to configure the
