Why I can't connect the ME60 router and the CloudEngine S67303 switch by fiber and the g4 / 0/0 port of the ME60 remains down ?

Hello,
From the information you provided, the interface on ME60 doesn't receive enough optical power.
Please check whether the transceiver inserted in this interface is an authenticated one. And the transmission power on the S6730.
If the transmission is normal, you can try replacing this transceiver with another authenticated one to verify whether the optical module is broken.
