【problem description】
The registration of the PSTN gateway user fails.
【possible Cause】
1. The transmission between the PSTN and eAPP fails.
2. The information about the registered users of the PSTN and eAPP is inconsistent.
【Check Method】
Choose Device Details > SIP Registration Status to check the registration status of the gateway user.
【Recovery Method】
1. If the IP address of the ping PSTN gateway is on the dispatcher, go to 2.
2. On the PC that logs in to the PSTN gateway, ping the IP address of the dispatcher. Then, go to 3.
3. Check whether the SIP registration information on the eAPP and the PSTN is consistent. If yes, go to 4.
4. Restart the PSTN gateway to trigger SIP user re-registration.
5. If the fault persists, contact TD Tech technical support.
