【problem description】
When the PSTN gateway FXO connects to the eAPP terminal, the external line number cannot be displayed.
【possible Cause】
The PSTN gateway configuration is incomplete.
【Check Method】
When an external network user dials an eAPP internal network terminal user, the eAPP terminal displays the gateway user number rather than the real number of the external network user.
【Recovery Method】
1. Choose VOIP Parameter > Guardian Parameter in the navigation menu, and then click Guardian Parameter. In URL Mode, select Use phone number in fromURL. Then, go to 2.
2. Choose Call Control > Number Change, click Add, and add a group of number change rules. The group number is n and the prefix number is? . If the prefix of the calling number is 0, the PSTN gateway adds 0 to the prefix of the dialed number. Then, the process goes to 3.
3. In Call Control > Routing Rule, add the number change group that is added in step 2 to the number change group added in step 2.
