FAQs
If a fault cannot be rectified, collect the fault information and contact Huawei technical support. Fault information is essential to troubleshooting. Collect as much original information as possible to improve efficiency and accuracy of troubleshooting.
1. Collecting Camera Logs
       Step1 Log in to the camera web system.
       Step2 Choose Maintenance > Log and click One-Click Collection.
 
2. Obtaining SDK Logs
       Obtain SDK logs from the following paths: • Windows: C:\HW_SDK_LOG\Vware_SDK.log
                                    • Linux: /home/sdklog/Vware_SDK.log
 
3. Downloading Recordings
       Step1 Log in to the camera web system.
       Step2 Choose Recording > Download, select the start time and end time, and click Search.
       Step3 Click Download.

Networking environment and applications 1.Network between the client and the camera
2.Operating system of the application running platform (mandatory for SDK protocol interconnection)
3.Major SDK version (mandatory for SDK protocol interconnection)
4.Application development language (such as C++, C#, and Java). This parameter is mandatory for SDK protocol interconnection.
