1. Collecting Camera Logs
Step1 Log in to the camera web system. Step2 ChooseMaintenance > Logand clickOne-Click Collection.
2. Obtaining SDK Logs
Obtain SDK logs from the following paths: • Windows:C:\HW_SDK_LOG\Vware_SDK.log
• Linux:/home/sdklog/Vware_SDK.log
3. Downloading Recordings
Step1 Log in to the camera web system. Step2 ChooseRecording > Download, select the start time and end time, and clickSearch. Step3 ClickDownload.
