| A: Method 1: Reinstall the player control as prompted. |
| Method 2: Allow the player control to run. |
| Method 3: Disable the local firewall. |
| Method 4: If the local computer runs Windows 7, 8, or 10, right-click Internet Explorer and choose Run as administrator. |

| Q: After logging in to the camera web system, an alarm is displayed in the lower right corner of the View page, and a message is displayed indicating that the current stream type does not support live video. What can I do?

A: Method 1: Keep the stream type unchanged.On the View page, click  in the lower left corner and select the primary stream.

| Method 2: On the View page,click in the lower left corner to check the stream type.
Choose Settings > Video/Audio/Image > Video. Set Stream type to a stream type that contains the View page.
