Integrate DVR HIKVISION with IVS3800

Hello, I have a Hikvision DVR model DS-7116HQHI-K1. When I try to add it in IVS 3800s HoloSens, the model does not appear in the list of models. I tried with other models, but not worked.

Can specify which model i must use?

This model may not be compatible. You are advised to contact Huawei technical support to test the compatibility.

You can also try a different model of DVR.
