Insufficient vcpu resources cause GPU virtual machine delivery failure

Hey there! This is a case about insufficient vCPU resources causes GPU VM delivery failure.

【VersionFusionCloud 6.5.1

Failed to find the host when provisioning a GPU VM.

(1)  Check the nova-scheduler log based on the VM provisioning failure locating procedure

The log shows that the CPU resources of the two hosts are insufficient

(2)  Check the VM specifications. The target number of vCPUs is 20.

(3)   Check the CPS resource isolation page.

Both node0 and node1 have 28 vCPUs, but node0 has 22 available vCPUs,

Why Does the Target vCPUs Fail to Be Provisioned When the Target vCPUs Are 20? Why does the IaaS layer use 12 vCPUs?

After the check, it is found that the EVS network bridge isolates three physical CPUs, which is equivalent to six vCPUs. In addition, the background check shows that the 12 vCPUs occupied by the IaaS layer are on node0. As a result, node0 resources are insufficient, and VMs fail to be provisioned.
