1. Obtain the UOA software in the following ways:
a) If you are an enterprise user, log in to http://support.huawei.com/enterprise, choose SUPPORT > Video Surveillance > Video Surveillance Platforms > VCN510/VCN520/VCN540, click the Software Download tab, choose V100R003 > V100R003C00, select VCN510/VCN520/VCN540 V100R003C00SPC200, and download the UOA_INSTALL.tar.gz package.
b) If you are a carrier user, log in to http://support.huawei.com/carrier, choose Support > Product Support > Cloud Core Network > Video > Video Surveillance > VCN510/VCN520/VCN540, click the Software tab, select V100R003 > V100R003C00, ClickVCN510/VCN520/VCN540 V100R003C00SPC200, and download the UOA_INSTALL.tar.gz package.
2. Upload the UOA software to a general server in SFTP mode.
3. Log in to the operating system of the general server as the root user.
4. Decompress the UOA software package.
a) Run the cd filepath command to go to the directory where the UOA software package is located.
b) Run the tar zxvf UOA_INSTALL.tar.gz command to decompress the UOA software package.
5. Run the cd filepath/UOA_INSTALL command to go to the UOA software directory.
6. Run the sh install_uoa.sh IP command to install the UOA.
