Hi,

For whatsoever reason I don't have access to all features of the solar web portal because of my contractor. He is not willing to give me full access.

I paid for it, so I want full access. What can I do?

You can create an account and connect your plant to your account. The prerequisite is that the plant has not been connected to another account, or you can ask the account that has been connected to the plant to delete your plant, and then connect the plant to your account.
The installer account has specified the highest rights of the user.
