Inquiry in Router EG8245H5 How to Login Default Username & Password after Reset

Hi, there.


I reset my EG8245H5 huawei router to default settings cause i forgot my username and password for 192.168.100.1.

I though this will reset the username and password to default.

When i try the default UN and PW below. I still cannot login.

Appreciate your help on this.

EG Series

The default user name and password for common users are Epuser and userEp, respectively.

I suggest you try it.

Hi. I got same problem reseting the username and password for my router. I already try the Epuser/userEp and changing the password using telnet in cmd , but still not working.

The default password varies according to regions. You are advised to consult the local ISP and change the Wi-Fi password on the ONT web page.
