Today, I’d like to share a case.
Problem Description
1.What Occurred: Cannot query input power and othe SDH parameters on N4SLQ16 card OSN7500, ver V1R10C03SPC208 When we query parameters we receive following errors Not Supported Board Type, Error Code: 38664 Invalid port ID, Error Code: 38671
No alarms in U2000.
Cannot query optical parameters on this card, error message: Invalid port ID.Error Code: 38671
Cannot delete logical ports on N4SQL16, error message Port object not exist Error code 40004
Problem Analysis
Check on this card in PathView if the logical port is properly configured. Logical port need to be configured.
If logical port is configured but cannot be deleted, error message Port object not exist Error code 40004 – try with CMD
:cfg-add-port:x,y,sdh-opport,stm-16
x- Board ID, y – port ID
Root Cause
Logical ports configured in U2000 but not configured in NE OSN7500
Solution Description
after check and analyze the data, we found logic port 2&4 was lost on NE, we add these port manualy. and then all become normal.
