Input power and Reference input power

Dear friend!
The input optical power is the actual optical power (current value) received by the current interface.
The reference input power is a reference value filled by the engineer after the first commissioning.
In future network maintenance, if maintenance engineers find that the current value deviates greatly from the reference value, they need to work out a solution to rectify the link quality.
