Information collection guide for ONT failed to go online

This article describes how to collect related information to locate the fault when the ONT fails to go online on the OLT.

 

The following templates are provided for different versions:

 

Notes:<slotid>, <portid>, <ontid>   // Use the actual slot number, port number, and ONTID of the ONT to replace respectively

telnet to the Huawei5800 OLT，execute all the command line successfully, but no omci log print to telnet .
need I login with Servial Port
