An Elastic cloud server(ECS) is a computing server consisting of CPUs, memory, and Elastic Volume Service(EVS) disks. ECSs are available on demand and scalable. The ECS service works with the Virtual Private Cloud(VPC) and Cloud Server Backup Service(CSBS) services to build an efficient, reliable, and secure computing environment. This ensures stable and uninterrupted running of your services. The resources, including CPUs and memory, used by ECSs are hardware resources that are consolidated using the virtualization technology.
