5. Overall review
The Info-Finder tool is clearly an attempt to bind several existing tools into one, and I think its a very good idea, as long as it is done properly.

Possitive comments: The EOM, EOFS and EOS Date function is the only one that I found to be constant across different types of equipments, this is a very helpful and useful function.

Suggestion: I noticed that product information across different types of equipment is uneven. For example, product information about NE40E-X3 router include Overview, Specifications, EOM, EOFS and EOS Date, Supported Hardware Modules, Alarms, Commands and Logs. On the other hand, product information about OptiX OSN 3500 II only include EOM, EOFS and EOS Date. In general the equipment of Transmission Network have very little information. This is why I gave 2 points in question 3. I suggest that more information about this type of equipment is included.

Problem: I didn't find any problems or malfunctions using this tool.

4. I was searching for S1720-28GFR-4TP, USG 6330 and FAT AP5030 DN.
5. Positive comments: there are a lot of information about switches.
Suggestion:
- “EOM, EOFS and EOS Date”, “Specifications” and others can be combined together to prevent choosing of the model several times.
- There are some specifications without navigation tree and there are specifications with navigation tree. I think that first ones should be integrated to the navigation tree.
Problems:
- In the full (PC) version the specification table don’t fit the page width and the most important column (Details) is hidden at the right. The scrolling line is at the bottom of the table. It is hard to use it. In the mobile version the details are hidden by default. In both versions changing the position of the details can fix the problem. But the table scrolling is bad.
- In the “Supported Hardware Modules” section there are information about fixed switches as about supported hardware modules.
- There is no specifications of the USG 6330 firewall.
- “Select Tool Type” at the end of the page is focusing my attention on it. First time I was trying to find answers there.

For example: I asked for information about the life cycle of the S5700 switch.

5. What is your overall review for Info-Finder?

I think that the S5700 switch's life cycle function of Info-Finder is very satisfactory.

In addition, the tool is very operable and the display information is very complete, in particular the link to the product documentation, which contains detailed explanatory information.

It is recommended to add a hardware fault case library to the link, so that not only hardware details can be queried, but also hardware-related failures and alarm processing procedures, please consult the experts.

For certain versions, it is recommended to assign some information to the recommended replacement model number at the lifecycle interface for products that are about to be aborted or stopped.

I use Info-Finder to query AC6508.

I use Info-Finder to know the default username and password of the AC6508.

5. What is your overall review for the Info-Finder?

Positive: It is a very useful tool for anyone, may they be a post or pre-sales engineer. I highly recommend this tool and will tell my colleagues about it.

Suggestion: I think it is a great addition if you could add the standards supported by the device. for example on the screenshot below, the Ethernet, should indicate the IEEE standards that it supports ( 802.1ae, 802.1az)

Problem: During my time using the tool I haven't experience any problem, I will just send a separate feedback incase I encountered a problem.

Positive comments: I Try Info Finder, it's very helpful. Search by Info-Finder very Easy, info- finder allows searching content created by tools within a worksite any time anywhere, by typing any keyword related to product model. Just follow the instructions and get needed info

Suggestion:

When search about Product s5700: I found below

SPE

The Spec.Description and Spec.Mark for all expanded tabs is not completed (MTBF (year), MTTR (hour)

Certification: EMC, Safety regulation certification, Production certification

Fixed ports: GE ports Management interface: Console port (Mini USB), Console port (RJ45) Storage: Memory (RAM), Flash CPU: Frequency, Cores) as attached

I suggest to promote content with more information

Problems:

1. I search about S5700-LI product model in specification tab the sub-series was S5700-LI, but when navigation to Supported Hardware Modules tab the sub-series turn into S5700-EI

2. The search function did not work when I type the product model in search box and press search or enter, I should choose one from result dropdown list then the search work, I suggest to return values according to User Request then He can choose on from suggestion results

1. It provides a unique platform to get all the required information regarding network equipment.

2. Almost all the latest hardware is added so it is very help for presales and get the updated information easily.

3. It is available to general public so that is a very good and positive step. It will help increase Huawei product mapping overall as everyday user can now search and access it directly for their queries.

Suggestions:
1. Remaining products should also be added quickly so it becomes a single stop for all the enterprise products.

2. Currently only AirEngine and CloudEngine are added. NetEngine is not available on it. Please add it.

3. When I entered complete part number in search bar, it didn't search for it. It should show features based on the family of the firewall/router/switches etc. It would further help in reducing the time required to shortlist a product.

Problems:
1. All EOS products should either be removed or highlighted so users are constantly aware that this product can not be ordered. It will help narrow down the search for new product users.

2. It will not list any feature that is not supported on it. For example, when I searched for 'High Availability' on it, it didn't show any result. It should have a standard feature table in it, and if some feature is not supported, it should say that it is not supported (just like in datasheets).
