Hello User. It is not easy way to differentiate from outdoor or indoor. Some outdoor AP have a N-type female connector for external antenna. That could be a tip to differentiate the type of APs.
You can differentiate with the specification sheet. if device supports 5 GHZ and and Operate at 40/80 MHZ then it will be outdoor AP. Today most APs support dual band 2.4 GHZ and 5 GHZ.
