Perform the following operation, maybe you can improve the wi-fi speed rate:
1. Power off the ONT, restart the ONT and attempt to connect to the wireless /Wi-Fi network.

2. Connect the cable to the official website of the service provider for the speed test. If the network speed is abnormal, the network is faulty. Contact the service provider.

3. Check the Wi-Fi signal strength on the device. If the signal strength is weak, it indicates that your terminal is far away from the signal source or there are obstacles between the ONT and your terminal. You are advised to use the terminal close to the ONT.

4. When multiple terminals are connected at the same time, the bandwidth will be shared. As a result, the rate slows down. Check whether services that occupy a large bandwidth, such as download and games. If yes, disable the service and then access the Internet again.

5. Keep away from wireless /Wi-Fi signal interference sources, such as microwave ovens and cordless phones.

6. Change the password of the wireless /Wi-Fi to prevent the rate from being slowed down due to unauthorized network access.
