If software packages are stored in disks other than drive C and a user clicks Browse to select the required software package, drive C is always displayed.

Step 1 Check whether Internet Explorer is used.

Step 2 Check the security settings of Internet Explorer.

Step 3 On the tool bar of Internet Explorer, choose Tools > Internet Options > Security > Custom level.

Step 4 In the displayed dialog box, locate Miscellaneous and set Include local directory path when uploading files to a server to Enable.

Step 5 On the upgrade tool page, click Browse again to select the software package.

Step 6 If the fault cannot be rectified, contact Huawei technical support personnel.
