Incorrect Business Employee ID or Password“ Message Displayed When a Teller Atte

The employee ID does not exist.
No media work ID or media terminal ID is allocated to the teller.
The media terminal ID allocated to the teller is unavailable on the unified gateway.

1. Log in to the eSpace MCC UniPortal as a configuration administrator to check whether the teller exists.
− If yes, go to the next step.
− If no, import the teller information to the MCC by referring to Importing Source Data in the eSpace MCC Administrator Guide.
2. Log in to the eSpace MCC UniPortal as a configuration administrator to check whether a media work ID and a media terminal ID have been allocated to the teller.
− If yes, go to the next step.
− If no, allocate a media work ID and a media terminal ID to the teller by referring to Allocating Media Work IDs and Allocating Media Terminal IDs in the eSpace MCC Administrator Guide respectively.
3. Check whether the media terminal ID allocated to the teller is available on the unified gateway.
1. Log in to the eSpace MCC UniPortal as a configuration administrator to view the media terminal ID allocated to the teller.
2. Log in to the unified gateway to verify that the media terminal ID is available on the unified gateway.
− If the UAP3300 is used, run the show subscriber dnmedia terminal ID command to check whether the media terminal ID exists.
If yes, go to step 4. If no, run the following commands to add the media terminal ID.
config add sipue eid media terminal ID authorizationtype noauth
config add subscriber eid media terminal ID dn media terminal ID
− If the U2980 is used, run the LST MMTE: EID="media terminal ID" command to check whether the media terminal ID exists.
If yes, go to step 4. If no, run the following commands to add the media terminal ID.
ADD MMTE: SEID="media terminal ID", MN=56, IFMMN=40, AT=NA;
ADD MSBR: SD="media terminal ID", LP=0, SEID="media terminal ID", RCHS=0, CSC=0, UTP=NRM, IFCFLAG=NO, EA=NO;
In the preceding commands, 40 is the IFM module ID, and 56 is the CCU module ID.
