Hi, all!
Have a nice day to you!
This topic describes the solution to the inconsistent number of shared external domain devices.
Check the license status.
Log in to the CSP OM portal as the admin user.
Choose Application Lifecycle > Licenses > License Management.
Check the value of Current Usage in the record containing IVS External Domain Access (Per Channel).
Note:
If no license file is imported, the IVS allows ten external domain cameras to access for free.

If the value of Current Usage is 100%, the usage has exceeded the threshold specified by the license. In this case, apply for licenses and import the license file.
If the value of Current Usage is less than 100%, go to the next section.
Check whether the number of successful shared devices is zero.
Obtain the debug logs generated by the PCG during device directory synchronization from the external domain server.
Search for key logs about directory synchronization and check whether all device data is discarded because data of some devices is not received.
The key logs about the directory synchronization process are as follows:
The PCG starts to receive the shared device information.
Message:receive not finished. msgSeq:105, sum:1715, currNum:1625
The PCG finishes receiving the shared device information.
Message:receive finished. msgSeq:105, sum:1715, currNum:1715
Search for the key log "receive finished".
If "receive finished" is found, the PCG has received all device data. Contact Huawei technical support.
If no "receive finished" is found, go to the next step.
Search for the key log "receive not finished" and view the information in the last "receive not finished" log.
If the value of currNum is the same as that of sum, contact Huawei technical support.
If the value of currNum is less than that of sum, the PCG has not finished receiving device data. In this case, go to the next step.
Run the ping 192.168.200.110 -t command on the local domain server.
Log in to the CSP OM portal as the admin user.
Choose Application Configuration > Configuration Management > Configuration > Application name > Connection > External Domain and click Synchronize in the Operation column of the corresponding external domain.
After the directory synchronization stops, stop the ping command on the local domain server.
Press Ctrl+C to view the packet loss rate.
If some packets are lost, contact the network supplier.
If the packet loss rate is 0, the fault is caused by the external domain. Contact the external domain vendor to locate and rectify the fault.
Check whether the number of successfully shared devices is less than that of devices shared by the external domain.
Obtain the debug logs generated by the PCG during device directory synchronization from the external domain server.
Search for the key log "receive finished" and check whether the value of sum is the same as the number of devices shared by the external domain.
The key logs are as follows:
Message:receive finished. msgSeq:105, sum:1715, currNum:1715
If not, the fault is caused by the external domain. Contact the external domain vendor to locate and rectify the fault.
If so, contact Huawei technical support.
Collecting Information and Seeking Technical Support
Collect PCG logs generated by the external domain server during the fault period and provide them for Huawei technical support.
This is all, thanks for reading!
