In SIP mode, how does the MA5616 turn off the busy tone of a user?

After the calling user hangs up, if the called user does not hang up, the "busy tone" will sound all the time.

How to configure to adjust the duration of the "busy tone" or "turn off" the busy tone for a certain user or port?
