In power and tx power from osc board

Dear friend!
The procedure is as follows:
Please run the cfg-get-inpower command to query the input optical power of the board. Run the cfg-get-outpower command to query the input optical power of the board.

Example:

BID: indicates the slot ID.
PORT: indicates the optical port number.
PATH: indicates the channel ID.
INPOWER: input optical power (unit: dBm)

On the Web LCT page, you can view the WDM performance of the device and query the receive and transmit optical power of the board.

Note: Some FIU boards do not support optical power query.
