In LTE, how can we differentiate GBR and non GBR Services?

Customer asked question about Social Network Services. For example, Facebook, WhatsApp, Insta are GBR or non-GBR?

The video which is buffered over facebook web page, is GBR or non-GBR?

What about youtube, GBR or non-GBR?

Any downloading file is GBR or non-GBR?
