very limited… with NE40 you can configure Segment Routing Best effort, (For Segment Routing TE is necessary one controller). You can also make some practice with BGP-LS for example. But it is difficult use many NE in one topology

Well, I think it's not possible to add other devices except the datacom by now, after all, eNSP is designed for the datacom.
