Huawei SD-WAN Solution provides three networking modes: hub-spoke, full-mesh, and partial full-mesh.
On a hub-spoke network, hub-spoke tunnels are established between the headquarters and branches, and all the data flows transmitted between two branches pass through the central office. A maximum of eight hubs can be deployed for backup on a hub-spoke network.
On a full-mesh network, spoke-spoke tunnels are dynamically established between two branches to implement direct communication between them.
On a partial full-mesh network, most sites of an enterprise can directly communicate with each other. In some cases, two branch sites can be interconnected through other sites.
