Hello team,


Hope you can help me with this. We have implemented an iMaster Campus in a Huawei Server  by one-click installation. We want to re install everything from scratch. What should be the steps we need to perform in order to accomplish this?

- Do we need to format the server? How can we do this? From iBMC maybe?

- Do we just need to run the one-click installation and everything should be overriten?


Really appreciate your help.

I don't think it's necessary to re-install, but if you do. You need to uninstall the database and imaster software installed on the server. Then download it from the official website again. In addition, we need to set the license to the invalid state on NCE-Campus, roll back the license to the ready state on the ESDP platform based on the revocation code, reinstall NCE-Campus, and use the new ESN to activate the license. Then, import the license to NCE-Campus. For installation steps, you can also refer to the links below.
